Salad Dressing #2

Three eggs beaten light, add two small tablespoons sugar, a small tablespoon mustard, butter size of a walnut, half cup vinegar, a little salt and cayenne pepper.

Mix together and scald (not boil) until thick and smooth, stirring all the time.
