Recipe of the Month

Croquettes (Chicken)

One cup of cooked meat chopped, one cup of cold potatoes chopped, two pounded crackers, two eggs, one tablespoon melted butter, salt and pepper.

Moisten sufficiently to form oblong cakes; dip into beaten egg, then roll in crumbs and fry in deep, hot fat.
