Visitors are always welcome at First Parish of Newbury.  Join us for a Sunday Service at 10 a.m. on zoom during the pandemic.  We’re a friendly and open-minded congregation who enjoy meeting new neighbors and friends.  Rev. Jeff MacDonald is happy to meet newcomers and can answer questions you might have.

We’re a church with an environmental mission and we’re always interested in talking to you about it.  Come see our community gardens behind the church which are open during the day.

We offer ongoing Bible study the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month (currently via zoom) and pastoral counseling, upon request.

Parking is in the back of the church for those using the food pantry (see welcome page) during the pandemic or gardeners.   When we re-open it’s an easy walk down the driveway to our side entrance.  There is also handicapped parking in the back, next to a ramp that goes into the church on the sanctuary level.  Help is available from an usher.

If you would like to join the church, please contact Rev. Jeff or one of our deacons.

If you have any questions, please call 978-465-5597 and leave a message.  We’ll return your call.
