Recipe of the Month

Lemon Pie

One lemon, pulp, juice and grated rind; one cup sugar, yolks two eggs, two tablespoons flour, one cup milk, small piece butter.

Add the whites of the eggs beaten stiff last.

Bake in one crust 40 minutes.
