Recipe of the Month

Escalloped Halibut

In the bottom of a baking dish put a a layer of cracker crumbs, then a layer of cold boiled halibut, a little salt, pepper, butter and milk.

Continue so until the dish is full, pouring milk on the last thing before putting in the oven.

Bake three fourths of an hour.
