Mexican Eggs
One can tomatoes, half cup shredded onions, four eggs.
Put a large piece of butter in chafing dish, add onions; cook 15 minutes or until tender, then add can of tomatoes.
Cook until soft; season with salt, pepper, paprika, mustard and celery salt.
Add the beaten egg, cooking a few minutes more.
Thicken with a little cornstarch if necessary.
Serve on crackers.
