Boiled Fish

Prepare your fish (any kind), put in a bag and cook in boiling water to which has been added a little salt and a tablespoon of vinegar.

Have the water boiling and sufficient to cover the fish.

Butter Gravy:

Two tablespoons flour, half cup butter, one pint boiling water.

Stir constantly until it thickens.
