Salad Dressing #3

Three eggs, one cup milk or cream, one tablespoon mustard, one tablespoon salt, one tablespoon sugar, a little white pepper.

Beat the eggs, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper, add vinegar.

Melt the butter, add flour; stir until smooth, add milk, and mix all together.

Cook five minutes.
